Deliveries and Returns

For our Premium Trunk, you have three business days to try everything on, decide which items you wish to keep. Then, arrange for either a collection here, or let us know the date you’ll be dropping-off here.

There are two options to return your trunk:

Arrange a courier collection from an address convenient to you, weekdays from 9am until 6pm.Drop off your trunk to your nearest Post Office, attaching the provided Parcel Force label. Don’t forget to share your feedback with your stylist, so we can make sure we always remain on the right track!

Please note:

We reserve the right to charge you in full for any items that are not returned. The customer remains liable for the items from successful delivery to return. Please seal your trunks using the branded seals provided. Do not leave trunk outside property prior to collection as you will be liable for any items not returned.
